And so it is, not only Warner Bros will go ahead with the "Superman - Batman union" but they picked out the man who's going to bring the Dark Night into life. It's none other than the "Argo f#%*k yourself" Ben Affleck! The 41-year-old actor will star as a new incarnation of the Dark Knight in the film that will bring Batman and Superman together. Affleck will star opposite 30-year-old Henry Cavill, who will reprise his role as Superman from Man of Steel. So, let's wait and see whether Affleck will overpass Clooney as the worst Batman... :-)

Summer is heating up, and here are some summertime movies for you to remember or simply discover... Stand by me (1986) The classic 80s film is for sure a summer (road) movie that we cannot but feel nostalgic when we watch it... Jaws (1975) Remember that time when you first watched Jaws? Be honest, how much time did it get you to get back in the water? Fun Fact: Jaws is considered the first movie blockbuster Rear Window (1954) The classic Hitchcock movie, where a wheelchair bound photographer spies on his neighbours from his apartment window and becomes convinced one of them has committed murder. The film was shot in just one appartment, giving us the sense of isolation that the character experiences. Summer of Sam (1999) Spike Lee's take on the "Son of Sam" murders in New York City during the summer of 1977. You can feel the summer heat... Dirty Dancing (1987) As cheesy as it might seem, Dirty Dancing is a summer classic, because as Johny says "Nobody puts Baby in the corner!" Almost Famous (2000) The story of a high-school student that tours with an up-and-coming rock band, to write a story for Rolling Stone magazine. Weekend at Bernie's (1989) Hilarious, outrageous, cult. Weekend at Bernie's is an all time guilty pleasure movie... Cocktail (1988) "Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I wanna take ya to Bermuda, Bahama, c'mon pretty mama...." Cocktails and Dreams baby, Cocktails and Dreams.... And many, many more waiting for you to discover, on an open air cinema, on your TV, your laptop...
